Where Does The Time Go

25 Weeks And A Day

I can definitely tell that the baby is growing. I don't feel him/her move as much as I think I remember Alex moving but I do notice that if I am up late or have time to lay in bed when I wake up in the morning that he/she moves around a lot at those times.

There are days where I worry because I feel like the baby should be moving more but then I just remind myself that when I sit still and am not always on the go that I feel him/her moving around in there.

I do feel like I am carrying this baby low because all his/her kicks are very low. All the movements that I feel are very, very low. I wonder if that still means he/she is breech? I sure hope not or I at least hope it flips around before them! I mean one big nice thing about if it may still be breech is that I would get another ultrasound, but that's not until into the weeks of the 30's ( oh my goodness that's in 5 weeks )!

My lower back is starting to hurt more and more. I have to be careful with what and how I lift other wise it really starts to hurt on my left side.

I told my husband I was going to get a note from the Dr. saying I couldn't lift heavy things just so that he has to help me more. I am seriously thinking about it, wonder if the Dr. will write that?

The braxtin hicks contractions are becoming more familiar and even more stronger. When they hit its even hard to walk or stand up and I usually have to pee.

My dreams are still more crazy then ever and always have to do with old friends or people I have not seen in a long time. I did however have a dream that I was in labor and when they pulled the baby out they said, "It's A Boy". The baby looked really small and very tiny.

For you all out there that did not find out if it was a boy/girl, who announced it in the room? Your husband or your Doctor. I have not talked with my husband yet but I am thinking I want him to be the one to announce it!

My last Dr. appointment was the day after Thanksgiving. I think I gained 2 lbs and all my numbers looked great. The heartbeat was around 142 beats per minute. The Dr. was in the room for about 2 minutes. Those appointments are so fast and don't cover much unless I have questions.

My next appointment is on the 31st of December and I have to do the glucose test. I will be at the Dr. for an hour that day and it doesn't sound like much fun. When I was pregnant with Alex they had me bring that stuff home with me.

Still looking for that perfect boy name, or even 3 so that I have some to choose from.

You look great!!! I always remember my pregnancies feeling like they were going by so slowly and then being like, "wait! It's almost over!?" :)

You look just beautiful. How exciting, its coming so fast.
I am convinced its a boy! You have no name yet? I would give you ideas but it would be the longest list ever. that and it depends on what you like. Different names. Old fashioned names?

My email for my work is mcase@progressivesupply.net
I use this one much more than my home email. Send me an email anytime. I'll get a short list going, I don't know that I can offer you any ideas different from what you already know but hey who knows?

Thanks for the sweet post on my blog Erin. I'm not trying to be all winey, it was just not the best of weekends and I tend to blow things out of proportion when I'm all emotional.

My mom is 49 and my dad is 51. I'm 27. But I have an older brother who is 29. My mom and dad got married at 19 and she got pregnant with my older brother about 6 months after they got married. I consider them young.

You look great! Your baby will be here before you know it!
I cringe at the word Braxton Hicks! I hate those things with a passion. I was blessed with them from 16 weeks on with D, and 14 with Lexie!
When we had Dylan, Grant and the doctor yelled, "It's a boy!" at the same time. When Lexie came out, the doctor announced it. I saw her come out, and realized what she was, but I was in shock. Grant thought she was a boy at first!

What a gorgeous baby bump.

My hubby announced both girls. We just told the midwife/doctor before hand and it wasn't a problem at all.

It was so special for him to announce it, too.
