32 Weeks

54 days to go and I am definitely in the nesting mode and feeling on the home stretch of this pregnancy.

Friday I spent the day rearranging our living room. Yes I am 32 weeks pregnant and I was moving couches and coffee tables. Not only did I move around our entire living room I also cleaned the kitchen and put away 3 loads of laundry. Before I even started doing that Alex and I went to an appointment, the bank and the grocery store and where home by 11:30.

I do have to be careful with how much I do now though because my lower back is really starting to hurt if I push myself to much. If I sit for too long, walk around to much, go up and down to many stairs or lift to much my lower back is in a lot of pain.

I am not getting much sleep between the peeing 3 or 4 times a night and not being able to get comfortable. I love and miss sleeping on my stomach and back. Tossing and turning from side to side and wedging pillows between my stomach and the bed is getting a little old.

I am trying to get everything lined up for this baby to come and it's a lot to think about when we already have one in the mix. I really worry I am going to go into labor in the middle of the night and am not sure what to do with Alex. I think I need to just stop worrying about it all and let nature take its course. It's hard because this pregnancy is nothing like I had planned or expected so I am just trying to have control over something!!!

The biggest thing is naming this baby! Really have no idea what we are going to name it and I have a feeling Chad and I might spend the entire 1st night awake discussing names. It's weird that we won't have a name picked out, its weird that I am not talking to this baby like I would talk to Alex and call her by her name while she was in my belly growing.

Other things we still need to purchase/Complete are : Double Stroller, Video Monitor, Glass Bottles, Large Baskets, Curtains,

Lists/Tasks I am working on : Putting together a tutu photo shoot in May/June or July, Discounted sessions in the month of June or July, Planning Alex 3rd Birthday party, Trying to think of ways to land more weddings and hourly sessions.

UPDATE : I don't remember if I mentioned that I randomly threw up on myself last friday after my dr. appointment. Well the same thing hit me again on Saturday and thank goodness I was at home in bed with my husband and made it to the bathroom. After throwing up I slept from 9pm until 4am ( best sleep I have gotten in months ). The itching is still there and is driving me insane and not allowing me to get sleep. I finally called the dr. today and explained all my symptoms to the nurse who then talked with the dr. and called me back and had me come in this afternoon. I go back in tomorrow morning for blood work, you have to fast for 8 hours so I go in tomorrow morning at 8am. They are checking my liver and my bile and then we will go from there.

Intrahepatic Cholestasis Of Pregnancy - this is one of the things they are going to be testing me for. I will go into more detail if I have it, which I doubt I do because it is very rare but it is something they need to rule out now.

I am going on a tour with my neighbor on Thursday of the Hospital. I am super excited to see it and see what it looks like. It just opened on December 31st. The men will stay home with the kids and the women will enjoy getting to see the hospital.

Friday is my next Dr. appointment and I promise I will have belly pictures to post on the weekend with an update about everything that is going on.

I hope everything goes well with your bloodwork. Hopefully it's nothing!
I wish you lived closer, because I would GIVE you our double stroller. It was barely used. By the time we got it, Dylan was almost 3, and just wanted to walk.

We are definitely in the same boat! I recently rearranged our living room too! haha And I totally feel you on the no sleep thing. Ugh! I hope the itching turns out to be nothing. Hopefully it will go away soon. Good luck with the names! I know it's got to be hard not knowing the sex & trying to name it.

I'm glad they are testing you to make sure everything is ok. Never a bad idea to be safe and careful.
I hope you have a good rest of the day. Good luck with the names. I know that has to be really annoying not knowing yet.

Oh yah, girl be careful moving things around.
