73 Days To Go

The start of going to the OBGYN every 2 weeks and entering into the 3rd trimester!

that's where we find ourselves these days.

This little one is moving like crazy. The kicks and punches are getting so much stronger and sometimes painful. I find myself watching my belly just move from side to side and up & down. If I have anything touching my belly ( computer or a book ) the baby tries to kick it right off. For me, the kicks and watching/feeling the movement is the best thing about being pregnant. Really its one of the only things I like about being pregnant.

I went to the OBGYN on the 31st ( my last 4 week span of Dr. appointments )
The appointment went great. I did the glucose test and my numbers for Sugar and Iron were perfect. My iron with Alex was never perfect so we will see what the next test has to say and if I will have to take something for it like I did with Alex.

My weight is gaining ( really do I have to gain weight while being pregnant ) and if I gain 4 more pounds I will be back to where I was when I was 5 weeks pregnant with this one. My face shows my weight gain right away and I can't stand it and then I stay out of pictures so I am hoping not to gain too much weight.

My lower back is starting to hurt more & more and sleeping isn't the most fun thing. I wake up a lot to pee or just because I can feel the baby moving. I don't like having my lower back hurt, I think its because I am carrying this baby low. Soon I can compare a picture of me pregnant with Alex to being pregnant with this one. I didn't take nearly as many picture with her, maybe 3.

I had the OB do another exam and of course my yeast infection was back. I finally flat out asked her to do a prescription for me and she said ok. They don't like to give it to pregnant women but I don't think anything else was going to work. I took one pill on Thursday and I took the other one on Sunday, its seemed to have worked and I just hope that it will stay away.

I do love the pregnant belly. I love wearing tighter shirts now that show off my belly because my belly now looks like a pregnant belly not just a fluffy belly! I need to figure out when I will do pregnancy pictures. My best friend Anna will take them so I just need to decide when they belly is big enough to do it!

My next appointment is on the 15th of January ( we are also going to see Elmo 123 that day ) so that is when I will do another baby update, unless things happen or change in between that time! As soon as I get the curtains and a few more things for the babies room I will take more pictures and show you.

WE STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT WE ARE HAVING! It will be a surprise and I am ok and even a little excited about it!

I can't believe its still a mystery what you are having. So much fun. I can't wait to find out.
I'm glad to hear you are in the home stretch. You look beautiful with your baby bump. Silly girl, Don't be hiding your face. I'm sure that its only you who thinks its not for pictures. I bet you look just beautiful.
Sorry to hear about the yeast infection, They tend to happen more during pregnancy. I hated that. I'm glad you got meds for it though.
