63 Days

With Christmas right around the corner and I do mean only 63 days my mind is going in circles.  While some of you are trying to figure out what your children are going to be for Halloween, I am searching the internet and waiting patiently for all my favorite stores to bring out the Christmas Lines.

I have had Alex Halloween outfit picked out for months now and I can't wait for her to wear it at Dance this week and on Halloween Day.  With that behind me it is time to start thinking about Christmas because once I figure that out I have to start planning Avins 1st birthday!

So last night I spent some time looking on the internet and found a few cute items that I adore but of course most of them are out of my price range.  I start to look now in hopes that in a month or a few weeks things will start to go on sale.

Here are a few of my favorites :

 These are both from Gymboree.
The one on the left would be for Alex and the right would be Avin.  I am not a fan of the fur coats at all but I love the navy blue.
This is another Gymboree outfit that I think is cute but it might be a little too much for me.

I adore these outfits.
I think they would be so cute together and I am in love.  I love the little outfit for Avin that is from Janie and Jack and I just adore this dress from Little Miss Princess.  They are all so out of my price range but a girl can dream and they may go on sale.

This is another one of my favorites but again this is way out of my price range.  I just adore this Navy that seems to be popular this year.  These are all from Janie and Jack

I am really hoping that Janie and Jack has a major sale coming up.
If these don't go more then 40% off well then I will never own them.

I am still waiting on a few of my favorite stores to bring out there Holiday Line.
Baby Gap, Chasing Fireflies, J.Crew and possibly Old Navy.

With coming from a divorced family and marrying into another family sometimes that Holidays get tricky.  We are on an every other schedule and this year we are home with my family for Christmas.  My siblings will all be here and we will spend Christmas Eve at my aunts house on my dads side and then we will spend Christmas Day with my mom and step dad.  We will also celebrate my Step Dads birthday and spend as much time with my siblings as we can.

We are unsure on when we will be with Chads family.  His brother Nate and his wife are coming in over Christmas and we are really hoping that we will be able to see them.  Nate might be deployed again and with them living in another state we don't get to see them enough as it is.  We are hoping they will come down to our house on Christmas Night or Sunday morning.

We have at least 3 different places that we will need to be going and I have this issue with my girls dressing the same.  I do plan on tying in Thanksgiving and possibly one Christmas Outfit so that they can wear something twice.  I have this issue because I take so many pictures and I blog and I just don't like the idea of them wearing the same outfit over and over again.  I know it is crazy and insane but it is only over the Holidays that I am like this.  I don't mind Avin wearing Alex old stuff one bit so she will be sporting many of Alex old dresses.

Here are the dresses I am thinking I could have them wear on Thanksgiving and one place during Christmas.

I feel like these can be dressed casual or dressed up.  I love black dresses and i think adding a red or gold sweater would make them more Christmas like.

On another note :
I have already started shopping and plan to get a few more things done this week.  The past 3 years I have used Photography money to pay for Christmas Gifts.  It is really the only way that we can afford gifts for everyone.  It has worked out nice and I have 3 shoots this weekend so that money will be a big help.

I have already gotten both my nephews ( Nolan and Nash ) their gifts, I have gotten Avin two gifts, Alex one gift, my mom half of her gift, my brother and sister in law there gift from Alex.  I still have a bunch more to get but this is a great start and I know what I am getting most of the other people so it will just be getting out and getting it done.

Have you started thinking about outfits ( if so where are you looking ) and have you started shopping?

I just bought Lexie and Dylan's Thanksgiving outfits yesterday! Christmas will be next!
Do you have a Burlington Coat Factory near you? I always buy Lexie's fancy dresses there. They have many right now that look just like the Little Miss Princess dress. They are inexpensive and gorgeous!

That red dress is one I had on my list for the girls. Then I went to Macy's and found one I love that matched. :)
