Weight Watchers Week 2

Today was my 2nd weigh in for Weight Watchers and I was a little nervous. 
I tend to cheat during the week and weigh myself ALL THE TIME even though I know I shouldn't.  My weight jumps up and down all the time during the day so I have choose to weigh myself right away in the morning ( after I pee, was my friend Katie's advice ).  

So I knew this week wasn't going to be big because well Weight Watchers isn't about loosing 7 lbs a week it is about loosing weight at an ok speed and being able to maintain keeping that weight off ( again this came from my friend Katie, she is the best for advice and I bug her all to often for it ).  


Weigh In : March 13th 2011 - 163.4 lbs 

Weigh In : March 20th 2011 - 159.6 lbs 

Weigh In : March 27th 2011 - 156.4 lbs
Weight In : April 3rd 2011 - 155.0 lbs

Total Weight Loss : -8.4 lbs

Goal Weight : > 130 lbs 
Overall : I am happy with loosing 1.4 lbs this week.  I wish I would have lost more but I am just glad to be loosing weight.  I still don't feel that different and this Sunday I will be taking measurements. 
Areas To Work On : Dinner ideas, I got a few weight watchers cook books and I am excited to start trying some of those meals out. 

Goals For This Week : More exercise, eat more fruit and veggies, take measurements
Super excited and I know that I still have a lot to improve on and a lot to loose!

Even 1.4 is something to be proud of. Think of a pound of ground beef? BE GONE! yay. Congrats!

You are doing SO awesome Erin! I am seriously weight is not coming off as quickly as yours (obvs I am not sticking to it as closely as you). I am SOOOO pround of you. You are a great motivation for me :)
