The Day Before Easter

This year my mom planned to take me and the girls to Olympic Hills ( the golf club my mom and step dad belong to ) for an Easter Egg hunt and brunch with the Easter Bunny.

We got there and they had little live bunnies that the girls got pictures with.  Alex got scratched by the bunny and Avin picked one of them up by it's ear.  We don't have the picture yet but hopefully my mom will get them soon.  They where way over priced and insane but there was one cute one that I want to remember this.  Hopefully it can become a tradition.

After we got pictures with the real bunnies we went and say down and got brunch.
They had a buffet for us and it was yummy.  While we ate they had a professional yo yo guy come and show us some of his moves.

While Alex enjoyed the show, Avin kept on eating and
playing with the balloons that where on the table.

After brunch we headed outside for the Egg Hunt.
They had the best turn out they have ever had so they split up where kids went out of the building.  Alex was front in line which was nice.  We cut her off after about 10 eggs for her and 6 eggs for Avin.

They had eggs every where.
Some where more hidden and others just out in the open.

After the hunt we took a few pictures and the girls
looked inside a bunch of the eggs they found.
I brought there Easter Buckets and I am glad I did.

This is the best picture we got with the Easter Bunny this year.
I did not take the girls to see the Bunny.  We just could not fit it into our
schedule and I did not want to feel rushed.  So this will have to do for Easter '11.

We got some pictures together and then we headed home.
Both girls slept on the way there at 10am but neither slept on the way home.

Thanks for planning this mom.
We all had a great time.  Can't wait to do it again.
Hopefully next time we will have a cousin to join us!
