Junior Cheerleaders

When you are a "retired" cheerleader...
And your kids have any opportunity to take a cheer clinic...
You sign them up the minute the sign up opens!

Trust me, Id love to have them in cheerleading weekly...
Would love to forget gymnastics and focus on cheerleading...
Would love for them to be apart of Planet Spirit if the drive wasn't so long...

That face of Avins above...
Is pretty much the excitement I had inside on Tuesday at practice...
and on Friday at the game while they took part with the "Big Cheerleaders"
I was giddy with excitement to watch my girls cheer!

I mean seeing her excitement in this image, It makes my heart so happy!
She is obviously having an absolute blast!

Alex was a little nervous but easily warmed up...
Avin headed right out there with not a bother in the world!

Avin is always willing to take on whatever is thrown at her...
Alex is usually a little more hesitant and standoffish at the start...
But both are very out going !

We only knew Alex friend Sydney was doing the Cheer Clinic...
It was a nice surprise at practice on Tuesday so see many familiar faces.

I just love that it being their 2nd year at Annandale...
They know so many kids and have made so many friends.

I went down to snag a few pictures of the girls while the game was going on...
They where able to be on the field watching the Big Cheerleaders until half time.

My hesitant child warmed up quickly and was doing cheers, moves and dances
on the sideline with a few of her friends.

She loves this, she enjoys this...
Maybe not being in the spotlight but that comes with time!

This child above never stopped moving...
With her sassiness and spitfire of a personality...
being a cheerleader just fits her!

She completely enjoyed this night, beside her sister...
and that made me proud and so happy!

I was literally beaming from in the inside out...
watching her bounce around on that track...
doing her little spirit cheers and just smiling away.

When it came time for them to shine...
They rocked it.

The half time performance was far to short...
but so very cute and great!

I truly wish they could do this multiple more times...
for multiple more games!

What a fun night for everyone involved!!
So glad my girls where able to join in this year!

We already can't wait for next year!
Thank You Annandale Cheerleaders!
We appreciate you!
